By accessing or using the services of JBee Logistics LLC ("JBee Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at jbeelogistics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of our services, including shippers, carriers, and any other parties who interact with JBee Logistics in a business capacity.
JBee Logistics LLC is a property freight broker. Our services include arranging for the transportation of freight by connecting shippers with qualified carriers. We do not take physical possession of freight at any time.
Our services include but are not limited to:
JBee Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
JBee Logistics LLC holds property broker authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) under USDOT No. 8988961 and MC No. 87228700. We maintain a surety bond in compliance with 49 U.S.C. 13906 and all applicable federal regulations governing freight brokerage operations.
We are committed to conducting business in full compliance with applicable federal and state transportation laws, including but not limited to the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act (FAAAA) and FMCSA regulations.
By requesting brokerage services, the shipper agrees to the following:
All carriers working with JBee Logistics must meet and maintain the following requirements:
All rates are agreed upon and confirmed in writing via load confirmation prior to dispatch. Rates are binding once both parties have executed the load confirmation.
Shipper payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Carrier payments are processed within the payment terms specified in the broker-carrier agreement, typically net 30 days from receipt of all required delivery documentation, including a signed proof of delivery and invoice. Expedited payment options may be available through approved factoring partners.
JBee Logistics reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of material misrepresentation of freight characteristics by the shipper. Additional charges such as detention, layover, TONU (truck ordered not used), and accessorial fees will be billed as applicable and agreed upon.
JBee Logistics LLC acts solely as a broker and is not a motor carrier. We do not assume carrier liability for loss or damage to freight. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the brokerage fees paid to JBee Logistics for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.
JBee Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from delays, loss, damage, or failure of delivery, including lost profits or business interruption.
Shippers are strongly encouraged to secure appropriate cargo insurance coverage for their freight independent of carrier-provided coverage.
All cargo claims must be filed in writing within nine (9) months of delivery or the scheduled delivery date, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. 14706. Claims should be submitted to info@jbeelogistics.com with supporting documentation including the bill of lading, proof of delivery, and evidence of loss or damage.
JBee Logistics will assist in facilitating communication between the shipper and carrier regarding cargo claims but does not assume financial liability for claim resolution as a broker.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing, customer data, and business terms shared in connection with services provided by JBee Logistics. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship.
JBee Logistics will not sell, trade, or share your personal or business information with third parties except as necessary to arrange transportation services or as required by law.
Users of JBee Logistics services may not:
JBee Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any shipper or carrier at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to the termination date, including outstanding payments or pending shipments.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
